What We Do

Guiberson Consulting is a national criminal and civil litigation consulting practice. We specialize in factually complex cases that require the design, development, and management of innovative organizational and analytical strategies to prepare lawyers for trial. We build, train and manage evidence research and development teams to conduct sophisticated and creative litigation support operations for large document, digital and recorded evidence cases. We also serve as consultants to other lawyers and law firms who may have undertaken such projects in-house or in collaboration with other litigants. We define our success in terms of both the outcome of the case and the successful transfer of our expertise to those with whom we work.
